Ms. Dutton began her career as a
CPA with KPMG Peat Marwick and Fox &
Company in NYC and then relocated to Southern Nevada.
She has spent the last 28 years as a CPA, CFO, COO & Vice
President of
Finance providing financial leadership in both public accounting
and private
industry. Leading three IPO teams, 2 M&A projects and three
major debt
offerings, generating over $150 million in equity and debt over
the last 28
years, Ms Dutton has experience in turnaround situations as well
as
maintaining the profitability of very successful publicly held
companies.
She has managed operating and accounting teams of as many as 120
staff
and managers, learning over the years what works and what
doesn’t in
making an efficient, effective and cohesive team. Her industry
experience
includes, but is not limited to real estate related services,
gaming,
technology, automotive services, healthcare, broadcasting,
manufacturing
and retail operations.
In 2005, working with her partner, Michael Dutton, she created
and patented a CRM software product line that utilizes a unique
automated/interactive email/calendar/scheduling system. Michael and Diane
now own
CK Systemz, LLC marketing software to small business.
Ms Dutton is a professional speaker in the areas of business
& leadership
development as well as a woman’s leadership mentor.

Diane is a member of the Executive Board of the NSCPA, and AICPA
Ambassador speaking on behalf of the CPA Profession. She is also
a
member of NAFE, NAWBO and Women and Network, the CEO-CFO Group, Women in Communication and the Turnaround Management
Association.
Ms. Dutton holds an MBA and BBA from Pace University, NYC Campus
and
is a Nevada CPA, 1980.
